We are now actively recruiting a Management Trainee for this location. The Management Trainee is an entry-level management position that prepares select candidates for various positions of responsibility within QCMP. The Trainee will be given formal and on-the-job training in store operations, wholesale/retail sales, financial management, reporting, continuous improvement, and resource management. This grooming process will entail assignments to each of these areas in order to provide and develop a good deal of exposure and hands-on experience through on-the-job training, as well as formal training assignments. The goal is to immerse our new managers in every aspect of our business in order to best prepare them for various key roles within our company. We firmly believe that QCMP''s Management Trainee Program approach to the development of managers/leaders is an outstanding investment in our company''s future -- and a valuable career-enhancing step for the Trainee.
To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma (trade school certification, or some college preferred). You must also have leadership/supervisory/management experience (preferably in the automotive industry), an ASE certification(s) preferred, a strong aptitude for the automotive supply business, a safe driving record, the flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and most importantly, a strong desire to become a part of the QCMP leadership team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
