These essential team members engage in a wide variety of tasks to ensure that our guests experience the professional and courteous service for which our funeral home is known.
Duties include maintaining client information; completing legal documents; working with both client families and community members, such as doctors, officiants, and musicians to coordinate services; maintaining the funeral home website and placing obituaries in newspapers; creating and/or overseeing the production of funeral items, such as memorial cards, portraits and tribute videos; and greeting guests visiting the office.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in both a self-directed and team environment, manage competing priorities and have strong written and oral communication skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
