Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation and excavation of pool sites as required.
Perform masonry and plumbing tasks as required for pool construction.
Assist in the installation of vinyl liners or concrete structures.
Carrying and moving construction materials and equipment Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of construction sites Operate construction equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in excavation, masonry, plumbing, or construction is preferred.
Physical stamina and endurance to handle the physical demands of the job.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic knowledge of construction safety guidelines Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
