Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is done to the highest standards of quality and according to project specifications. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and complete their tasks on time. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies on site. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and building codes. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety on site. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all construction activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a construction foreman or superintendent (+3 years), preferably in the pool installation industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA certification is a plus. Salary and

Salary at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
